Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States only.
Shipping rates
- FREE standard shipping on orders of $60 or more
- $5.00 standard shipping on orders under $60
- Express shipping: $9.90
Shipping options and rates are shown at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Processing time
Orders are processed within [1–3] business days (Monday to Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.
Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number so you can follow your package.
Delivery delays
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather or high-volume periods such as holidays. We are not responsible for delays once the package is with the carrier.
Address accuracy
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for packages sent to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before your order ships.
Lost or damaged packages
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn't receive it, or if it arrived damaged, contact us within 7 days at natileggings@icloud.com and we will help you resolve it with the carrier.
